Repeated messages "Our records show that you have not returned a result since..."

I am freequently getting a message from World Community Grid saying that "Our records show that you have not returned a result since..." and that I should again download the grid software. I have done that but am still continuing to get the message every few days. What should I do?

Did you migrate from the discontinued UD to the BOINC agent, for your statistics show that you have not returned a results for 60 days.

Let us know and we guide you along how to get going again.

Why you receive those messages every few days is a riddle. They should not go out by that frequency. There have been a few more to remind on the big UD to BOINC change and seen none myself for some test accounts but the notifications of change. Think the regular pretty please come back mail is about 3 weeks after the last result return. It's intended also for the Set and Forget members that never check in to see if things are running.
