Never got a WU, will more be available in the next phase? Per the top post in this thread http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/printpost?post=172539 the word is: Yes.

Both IBM and UCT teams wish to start phase 2 by the end of the year, but we need to complete some stages of analysis and experiment design first. You can rest assure that we'll keep the users updated via forum and project website. Cool - thanks..... rest assured that we'll rest assured while you folks are busy working on phase 2 Thanx for the update, although I've never crunched one of your WU's... Maybe the Techs can arrange, that at the begin of phase II, those users, which don't have the "sun-batch" yet, will be served prefered... Rest assuerd, that we will be there for you, when you come up with your work for AC@H v2.0 reloaded... |

I cannot answer for Igor, but what is sure is that it is not for the end of this year, not even for the beginning of the next one. They need more time to digest the first phase and to get the second one ready.
----------------------------------------But there are other projects to come to keep our computers busy while they do the hard work (ours is very easy when compared to theirs). Cheers. Jean. |
