Agent seems to be stuck at 99.8%

One of my BOINC agents seems to be stuck on a Help Conquer Cancer task. It has been showing 99.8% completion for over 6 hours now. The status is shown as Running and the image in the simple view is changing regularly, but the elapsed time and time remaining are not changing.

What do you need from me to diagnose the likely cause and what do I need to do to to help it along please?

Windows XP-pro, Athlon XP1600+, 512MB, 20GB, NTFS, BOINC v5.8.15.

I tried suspending the project and resuming but that didn't work. However, I found that exiting and re-starting it did the trick. Thanks for the pointers.
