BOINCpe setup for WCG

With all the confusion about "CA certificates", I think it is necessary to have a thread to show members how to setup BOINCpe for WCG.
So far, I am unable to do so, and so I ask whoever that knows how, please let us know where to put the files for WCG to work properly when using BOINCpe.
