Idle Time Being Ignored

Recently upgraded to version 5.10.45. In Preferences, I have the "Only after computer has been idle for" set to 30 minutes. However, after about a minute of idle time, the screensaver kicks in. Is this a bug, or am I missing something obvious?

Thanks

Re: Idle Time Being Ignored

The screensaver for BOINC merely picks up the graphics but does no nor initiates the idle time computing. For it's proper functioning the idle computing time should be set shorter than the time for the BOINC screensaver.

Re: Idle Time Being Ignored

Your screensaver will start whenever you set it to in the Windows screensaver properties.

But BOINC won't start computing until after 30 minutes of idle time.

Or it shouldn't. Are you seeing anything to suggest otherwise?
