JP, it's not resolved.... the fix was desperate, extreme measures. We still do not know the exact reason e.g. was the program launched immediately after download without shutting down the webbrowser and cleaning the cookies?

For the heck of it, just downloaded the WCG version with browser open and it installed properly BUT, with issues, on a client that was on 5.10.42 and. It has UD on it which was left alone.



The regular Berkeley 5.10.45 had a similar issue on an XP client, but installed properly none the less. In all cases, it's a service install.
