Does Facebook not allow the integration of the WCG Widget (make one on My Grid > Create Widget). There are several other stats image generators like the one I use from http://dcstat.com/. Those can be pasted pretty much anywhere with some html or bbcode.

Hello joshsavage,
There are a lot of different statistics sites that do various things with your statistics. WCG says that it will eventually add 'by project' individual statistics to the website, but this is obviously much lower priority than new projects. Lawrence |

I was going to post a suggestion that we consider a 1 year of cpu badge level We could put a circle around the current badges to make them look a little different. I like this point idea better.
----------------------------------------I get the badges so quickly an then there is nothing to keep in interested. I need some tangible goal to strive for to keep me coming back to the site to check progress and some incentive for me to check my machines to be sure they are still engaged.

The overall member ranking for points (or should I speak in future tense and call them credits) and cpu time in the sidebar would be welcome. More refinement through changing colours of the badge rims has previously been suggested.
----------------------------------------Obviously points with a quad as well as cpu time, with those slowly becoming normal devices, indeed leads to slow devaluation of the 14 day concept. Consider it a first step that hopefully will get it's Release 2 at some point in the future.

For a 14 day badge we can wait and be surprised. For a 1 year badge, I would like to see a progress bar or truncated days or months crunched/project to save space. I would know how to allocate the work across multiple projects to get the badge, especially if the project is winding down and coming to an end. Once the 1 year badge shows up, I'll move to something else and let somebody else have a go at it with the limited remaining workunits.
----------------------------------------African Climate was even a struggle for 1 day, since there was little work to go around. That may be resolved for the others if there is another phase later.

Hi all,
----------------------------------------I think that setting distinct badges for each project was a great initial idea... but thionk too that WCG need improve it from times to times. The main reasons is that thousand of crunchers have distinct objectives and motivations ways to improve more participation. Someones asking just for new tangibles goals to stay more linked with WCG and its projects, as mentioned by JAMS580 in an authentic and honest feedback. Approuches like used in grid.org could be cool here, but there are a lot of terrific ideas in many foruns here, about how to improve and became more atractive the information available by WCG about members and teams. I think that it need consideration asap from WCG admnistration, once could leverage and increase a lot the participation of many crunchers, as we read in many threads. Regards.Giba. ![]()

Approuches like used in grid.org could be cool here, but there are a lot of terrific ideas in many foruns here, about how to improve and became more atractive the information available by WCG about members and teams. The only approach that most of us remember about grid.org was abruptly pulling the plug.I think that we can do better than that approach. ![]()
