I have crunched 3 COVID-19 WU's so far. On windows 10 it took 1,65h On Android 8.1 12,88h and 12,09h Is your android device an old tablet or cell phone? It's my cell phone. It has an octacore processor running @2GHz. Interesting. If I had some old Android phones lying around, I'd try it. Macromancer |

A bit of a Linux issue last night (black screen blinking cursor). Apparently the Nvidia Cuda Toolkit install attempt was a bridge too far. Reinstalling Ubuntu and getting everything setup again.

Seems like im clawing my way back the spots I lost in the time I havent been crunching, although the WC stats seems to have my on a project rank far higher than the WCgrid page itself. I wonder why that might be.
----------------------------------------I originally set out to be in the top 20k results, and had my eye on the top 10 of Andrax. I may be a few years from the latter but we'll see ^^ I have a hobby project to add some more silicon sooner hopefully rather than later |

A sprint to some, a marathon to others . . . the beauty of distributed computing. I've been contemplating another PC build, but can't find any AM4 motherboards in stock that aren't $$. Also, power supplies seem to be either in stock and expensive or out of stock and cheap. Probably will be a while before I throw another PC into the crunching queue, unfortunately.
