Heya Johnny Cool!

7cured here! HELP!!! My laptop went south on me. I opened a link in a suspicious email, and a few days later, Fried! I am using my mom's ASUS, and it is cool. I made the mistake of downloading the BOINC client in the mode where I can see its running in 'Task Manager\Services, so I can probably kill it as an administrator. If I download it the default way, It should load ok, shouldn't it?

Heya JC and fellow team members,

Hmmm, well, harrumph, and all that. I changed to the administrator account, and there it was, asking me where I was, and what project did I want to run? At 60% CPU utilization, the system speed is 2.96 GHz. I'm ready to settle in to Warp drive. AMD Radeon R5, with 5 cores, 2 computational and 3 graphical. I have the graphical side shunted down until I find what kind of wear and tear this abacus can handle. I've got good cooling now, and no more rookie errors online. If I can get my Inspiron going again, I'll use it for online stuff, and this beauty will be WCG dedicated...
