HI all!

I did a cursory search, but don't have time to get into detailed troubleshooting or even time to find where to post this, so it's going here. My agent shut down on a download and wouldn't try to get any other tasks while it was having problems with the one. The computer just quit working on WCG. I had to manually cancel the task and request a new download. Dick Dastardly, I am very familiar with this problem as this has been discussed by others in another thread. Certain HMCD2 WU's are experiencing this issue and one of my other computers did have this situation occur. This thread HCMD2 failing to download discusses this situation and should help you with your situation. What you did is exactly what you should have done as I had to abort the WU in question.
