Hello,
If I tell BOINC to Snooze, how long does it snooze for? Is it possible to change the snooze time? Thanks. |

An hour, if I recall correctly.
Alternatively, you can suspend and resume BOINC manually. |

No, use the Activity menu to suspend computation entirely.

Alternate, you can play with the Idle Resume options in the Advance Menu > Preferences > Processor Usage > While Computer is in use! Any amount of minutes can be set there, thus if gaming or using PC it would simply stop until X minutes after use of computer.
