http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/index.html
shows various experiment numbers, experiment descriptions, and % complete figures. However, the faah jobs do not appear to contain the experiment number, thus there is no easy way to know what experiment is currently being crunched. Am I wrong in thinking that the experiment number can't be derived from the faah job title? If not, might the faah job naming convention be changed to include the experiment number? |

Hi Papa3,
You are completely correct. You can't derive the batch number (i.e., faah#_*) from the experiment number. I've asked Dr. Garrett Morris to include this info. during his next update of the http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/ page. The details should arrive within the next week or two. Cheers, Dr. Alex Perryman |

Hi Papa3,
If you go to the newly-created page: http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/status you can see up-to-date pie charts. And in response to your request, the specific faah#'s that explain which work unit #'s correspond to each of the active experiments are now included on that page. Thanks for your help, Dr. Alex L. Perryman |
