I just got myself a ton of ram from my local computer recycling place. Enough to take all 8 of my dedicated rigs from 128mb each to now about 512mb.
But the thing is, none of the sytems change their number. I upgraded a system from 128 to 396 and it still says it gets only 34 points, where it "should" be 100. Do I need to re-install the program to see more ram? The program "sees" the ram because it says there is 384 but its still 34 points. WTF? thanks |

 Hi LuckybobYour system will not reflect any change in your profile until the next time that you connect to the server to upload a completed work unit You may also want to increase your storage space to 10Gigs as it will help your overall score and give you more points per hour of processing Rosetta.exe only needs 50Meg of space so it will not be used by this project, besides you do not have to have the space available anyway to enable you to increase it Regards |
