Quick edit: 5 GB is still less than 18 GB ...

Re: File sisze limit ?1 ( when the disk size limit is much bigger?)

Hi,

This isn't a disk limit for your PC - it's a limit for the size of the WU. This popped up before:

http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=16041

I think the techs need to take a look at the WU max size again?

Re: File sisze limit ?1 ( when the disk size limit is much bigger?)

That's a 5 MB limit on the output file size.

This is designed to prevent bugs in science programs from causing serious problems, or interfering with other tasks BOINC is running.

The AutoDock output files are usually much smaller, so either this is an unusual work unit, or there was some problem with it. If the problem is with the work unit, then the techs will see it and fix it quickly.

If the problem is unique to you, then the thing to do is wait and see if it happens again.
