Re: TBA

Evening all

Just high winds today with very little rain but tomorrow's forecast is for heavy rain.
That's great because I'm off with our Company Pensioners association for a visit to the Churchill Museum and Cabinet War rooms which will have a sandwich buffet in the building followed by a separate presentation about other underground sites and secrets of WW2 London.

Just so long as I am not dripping everywhere, it should be very interesting.

Re: TBA

Thanks JP,

It confirmed a few things:

download speed 1400 kbps. Which is about what it always has been.

Upload speed: zero!!!!! Just a small problem!

Plus there are some site, like yahoo and the BBC which I just can't see at all. :(

I'll have to phone my new telephone company's tech support line tomorrow when they are open.

I can't send e-mails either, but that is just because I haven't reconfigured my SMTP setting from my old to my new ISP yet.

thanks again,

Peter

P.S. I'll be back!

Re: TBA

Hi Peter,

Sorry you are having trouble in the technical department! crying Will respond to your email asap - just a bit frantically busy at the moment and as you know can't sit here for too long! In the meantime be good, and if you can't be good, be careful!
