Detailed version history
I found only http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/VersionHistory but it doesn't relevant to minor version: for example I want to know what changed from version 5.10.28 to 5.10.30

You will have to check the changelog. Sorry, BOINC release tracking is kind of flaky.
