HI all,
I run a new and fresh installation of Vista Home Premium om my Dell XPS 420 Quad Core, and approximately every 24 hours the Boinc / WC units cause a BSOD on this unit. The error from the eventlog is: Error-bucket 137085929, type 5 Eventname: RADAR_PRE_LEAK_32 I have tested the machines uptime without running Boinc and WC and got 7 days of constant uptime running frequent performance programs as PCMARK and others - so it MUST be the software and not a HW related issue. Anyone else have this problem or maybe even better - a solution? Kind regards, VD :) |

Please will you report your BOINC version and the parameters of the event?
Please will you also report the exact STOP error. Thank you. |

I had similar problem recently.
After application of Vista SP1 RC I had BSOD during startup about the time when BOINC .30 should start. After three BSOD in row I promptly uninstalled SP1RC and everything works allright again... I have no proof, there are few candidates for this error, but I haven't seen BOINC icon in systray prior crash... |

I ran BOINC 5.10.30 before SP1, installed SP1 v.668, and continued running BOINC WCG without a hitch.
