BaseCamp team thread at Christians web page: http://christiansagainstcancer.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=10 in case anyone would like to visit. Looks like a ghost town. Most recent post 2015. |

Where We’re At
Place: Christians Duration: May 31st – June6th Badge: BladeD, in Denmark our expression is close to yours: Practice makes master – and stefada, your practice goes very well TLD, I was able to enter Christians’ team forum using my old key. Unfortunately, I choose to use my limited time and energy elsewhere; it was fun, though. We had wordgames there as well. Do you go there? Yes, I see you, sunfolk Thank you for bringing that New Zealand specialty … Now, how do you ingest it? And how to lay the table for it? ![]() thepeacemaker7, so far NAP2614 has not joined Base Camp’s Christians trek as I see it. He’s on the badge list anyway for designing our badge. Good Morning Base Campers! Business Checking in....waiting on the stats update! And it is a little sad, BladeD. I cannot see the graphs changed any from yesterday - and they certainly should with this kind of influx I hope the crew ledger is correct Again: It’s hard to find any Base Camper who was here on Base Camp’s first and/or second or third (I think we did three) treks. – the historic badge for Base Camp's first trek to Christians some 15 years ago So, please, if you are a repeat customer, please announce it here. According to my records these Base Campers have earned the badge for crunching: thepeacemaker7 jan649 Doneske little mermaid TLD [GPT] Mandsen [CSF] Damon Hill sunfolk cswchan - and these for other reasons: OldChap NAP2614 As always: We have room for more How big do you think Internetland is? even the middle of Internetland has room for you all ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ![]() Chit-chat Seven kitchen elements spring cleaned; 13 + countertops to go ![]() |

Practice makes master In Dutch we say:an ounce of practice is more worth than a ton of theory (een ons praktijk is meer waard dan een ton theorie). (Don't be scared of the 'ij', it's a vowel(!) written as a digraph, in written language mostly as a ligature - How to pronounce the Dutch 'ij' - and we use it in many words, like geography: IJsland (= Iceland), IJsselmeer(*), IJmuiden, 't IJ, IJsselstein, Capelle aan de IJssel.) Funny Dutch word: glijijzer (= blade) |

adriverhoef, always nice to meet you- and one always get a bit wiser from it ![]() Funny how far there is between your Dutch expression and the English and Danish ones - well, they express the same folk wisdom, but - well, you'll know what I mean ![]() Never fear 'IJ' - I walk around saying IJsselmeer all the time - only I obviously didn't get the full grip on it - because I said 'Ijsselmeer' instead of 'IJsselmeer' which I'll say in all future from now on. ![]() Hey, why don't you make a subcruncher like [GPT] ChrisRasmussen did with [GPT] Mansden? then you could go trekking ![]() It might release a third trek to top40.nl just saying ... |

It looks like BiblePay is 19.03 days away at our current speed. I wonder what happened to them. They passed the Christians team around 4-5? months ago racing at warp 20.
https://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=team&proj=bwcg&team=112 We will pass France next at ~40 days. (Sorry Stefada, nothing personal). ![]() |

thepeacemaker7, I'm awfully poor with statistics and such
- I just wish we could have an up-to-date graph ![]() Sure, Mandsen, you're the best subcruncher - so far Perhaps you have started a trend I love your subPeterbilt ![]() Damon Hill's truck is not really his it's his son's, and he's not permitted to use it with aircraft fuel As far as I know Damon Hill is into Harley Davidsons and perhaps a Mustang ![]() |
