That's not Pocket Coffee, only sold in Autumn and Winter, but Rocket Coffee, generally served as "Curto". The glass of still or sparkly water, as preferred, is served with it. Good machines have a handle pulled down for the extra compression while slowly rising as the cup is drawn. Spoons stand up straight in it and not recommended for the likes of Haldav.... its much more fun as "Corretto"... on the motorway not served before twentyhundred hours.

My favorite 'Macchina di Caffè' (the chrome is quite labor intensive).
