The device stats provided in the devices section of My Grid only seem to provide ststs for results returned on that day for results where points have been awarded, not results returned.
The device stats for the UD agent gave you the number of resu;ts returned. This seems to have been a better method as you could look at the devices and see that one had suddenly reduced its output. With the current system you cannot do this as you are relying on others returning results before yours are 'registered'. Some days you get one shown, others will suddenly give 4 when all your pendings are granted in one day........ |

I'm pretty sure it does that with your main statistics page, too, which would explain a lot. I was wondering how I could get three days in a row with more points than my reasonable per-day maximum.
Yeah, it would be nice results/results returned showed up on the right date, but this might not be an entirely accurate indicator either, with the ACAH units taking twice as long as the other. |

That's how it is, the device stats list for those running BOINC only show results that were validated and the date/time of last returned and validated task.
----------------------------------------The UD time and points is as you know somewhat bogus as it will even list a result that went bad, not to speak of points for bad results. Legacy of UD who originally helped WCG kick-starting the project. Some revisions to this and the BOINC Result Status page were requested e.g. to see on the RS page which day a result got validated.... for those that like tallying their daily points/results :D PS, was the OP supposed to be in already existing thread.... reads like a continuation of a discussion?
