Hello sicembears,
Everything is fine as far as I know. If you have encountered a problem, remember that there are several different queues for each project, so report it as Windows BOINC, Windows UD, Linux or Mac x86.

Re: Out of work units?

I believe that the cancer project got checked for you when it was started because that's what happened with me. Just uncheck it in your myprojects tab.

Re: Out of work units?

True. Just uncheck it.

I thought that new project autochecking wasn't going to happen any more, but new projects are always a lot of work, and things could be missed.

I usually try a few of the new workunits anyway, just to get familiar with them. Sometimes I stay with the new project and sometimes I go back to my favo(u)rite(s).

Re: Out of work units?

Hi Rets,

The practice of "opting in" on new projects is still in place. We did not do this for the AfricanClimate@Home project due to the data intensity of the code.

I'm sorry this process is wrong. If I wanted to sign up for the new program I would. I have it set to pull units from other project if the current one is out why would you change my preferences?
