Help needed with WCG

Hey-

I need some help. WCG stopped running on my machine. The logo comes up for the screen saver.

I can't read the errors in the error boxes.

It was running fine, but then we tried to use Terminal Services on the machine.

I uninstalled and re-installed. Any ideas?

Carl,

I don't have any solutions to your problem but you may want to re-post in member-to-member support and check the Troubleshooting FAQs if you havent already. Also, I ran a forum search on terminal services and found a few threads:

which led me to this:

which leads to this:

Don't know if any of this will help you but may get you moving in the right direction.

Hum.... I think I heard of someone else that had a similar problem quite some time ago on that other grid. Seems like the Terminal Services had messed up their screeen resolution and horsed with the screen saver. I suggest you go to control panel display and look through the properites. If you don't find that horsed up, then I don't have a clue.
