When are the updates going to return to pre-January frequency? In January they were cut back to twice per day and at that time it was stated that the cutback was going to last only a few days. It's been almost nine months now....

They will not. It was decided that uptime and access to the My Grid page was key. With statistic update durations now well into an hours plus, it would mean 5-6 hours of daily lock out and members not being able to register devices or amend their profiles.
