As a side note, the quota's set on each work unit are there to prevent the work unit from writing too much information to the hard disk. This keeps the work unit using up more disk space then is needed. -Uplinger My Dual core Rig is not your adverage crunch box... got 4 GB RAM in it. with a 2 GB Page file even tho the OS recommends 4 GB to me that is too much for a page file.. I seen it swell to 1 GB in use on the heavy weight work units.. this box can basically take any project it gets.. should of started of with BOINC instead of using UD when I came from UD.org I noticed that when I look at the report when the vaildation is pending my system finishes the result faster then most on the list.. |

There may be a few that I missed but a majority of them if not all should be fixed. Thank you again! -Uplinger If you mean by fixed that they no longer have the status error then you missed this one I think: dddt0101a0028_ZINC00202953-0000_02. Cheers. |

This is what Uplinger said earlier in this thread: "I am restoring those error work units today and they will be re-run and sent to the researchers with the other work units from the batches."

Very likely there are/were still some of the troubled work units in the feeder which Uplinger discusses up in this thread. Any new work should not have this 75mb odd restriction, rather the 100mb. It really depends when the revised wu's were being send into the system.

I returned two of these all error-units today. Sent out 3-9 so old ones I guess.

Some of the DDD-T work units had more atom lines than a usual FAAH work. -Uplinger Back to a question posed here: Does that mean each DDDT WU is one molecule-protein docking, or are there multiple molecules to one protein in a given WU? Have asked in back-room to pass the question to the dr.
----------------------------------------Added: Word came back a reply is in the making after the periodic project update meeting with DDDT researchers.
