I have had a process running for the fight aids that has been running over 30 hours with no measureable progress. How can I fix the problem? Is there a way to delete the bad batch? Do I uninstall the software?

Use task manager to kill the WCGRID_AutoDock.exe process. That will kick it back into action for you.
