Just curious...why does BOINC have the version # for FAAH as 5.40, but the UD Agent has the version # as 4.0.3.11 (in the upper-right on the graphics screen)?

Because they're different....
WCG have to build the UD and BOINC binaries separately, and the version number is going to depend on the number of releases for each, including internal test releases. Although - it's possible that 4.0.3.11 is the original AutoDock version number. Techs? |
