Hi all,
My family and I were wondering if proteins could have an effect on the odor of flatulence. If so, we were also wondering if the research into proteins would eventually help us find a way to alter the noxious fart odor!  We'd like to have designer fart odors so we don't subject people near us to our foul broken wind!  Some of our favourite designer fart odors are Apple Pie Fart, Bubble Gum Gumbo and Scent O'Pines!  We feel a scientic breakthough in designer fart odors is well over due and will save us all many awkward moments in crowded quarters!  <let's a loud one go> "Excuse me." <aaahhhh, the fresh scent of 'Spring Flowers In Bloom'>  Let it rip, Ripcat |

Well, if we are going to change the "odor" of farts, might as well change the entire composition of them as well.
We have to find a way to package this deal to make it look like it will be a great benefit to all of humanity on a larger more important scale than the current project. How to do this? Easy. Greenhouse effect. Cow farts are a major contributor to global warming. (although global warming is a questionable science) The new project will have to center around finding a chemical or solution that can be applied to either the drinking water or via crop dusting.  |

Humans being used as an energy source reeks of a Matrix copyright infringement.
A cow, on the other hand, (would be quite painful) actually produces about 1 gallon of methane each day. |

I don't know butt I seen alto of stuff done behind Cattle :( that they wouldn't mind too much. :) and you didn't seem to allow for the Humans Genetic Change. Of which the 'Gas' factor is open still.
