has anyone ever seen that at WCG
---------------------------------------- Regarding the 'unexpected' it's a bit challenging, but ThreadMaster is THE answer to getting 'Expected' throttle behavior same as the ol WCG UD max CPU throttle.... only available on Windows, though still to hear if it also works on Vista.
