----------------------------------------Portions of this program have been brought to you by: SLICK Razors! SLICK, the closest shave anyone can get. The planet Weatya! SETI never gets the message, we have been here for 100's of year! WEATYA! Always better ways to serve man. And by Intel! With the Q6600 hitting record low prices, Have you driven an Intel lately? And ABC Sports! For not complaining about this obvious rip of there format! __________WCG's _____________WIDE ________________WORLD __________________of SPORTS! ____________________________________________ And we are back, LIVE! with today’s lap 2 coverage of the Christians vs. Power Cows. It seems that the these cows have some horsepower, scoring 1,317,246 - 662,847 over the Christian's today. There has been much ramping up on both sides. So pit row has become a major factor with all the machines running. Last night we saw machines come in for their first scheduled pit stops. Lets go to one of racing's greatest legends, Jackie Stewart, down on pit row to cover this breaking story. Jackie?! [Jackie Stewart] Thanks Courine! (varroooooom) We are down on pit row (varroooooom)watching what is known as racings (varroooooom) moments of truth. Pit stops done by professionals of this caliber (varroooooom) resemble ballet in scope tha...... Wait a second, a Team Christian's member is coming into the pits. (VAAAAAAAAAA rooooooooooo moooooooooooooom momomom. EEEE!) (pit crew works so fast that Jackie cant keep up with the action.) (EEEEEEEEEE!! Varrrrrrrrrrroooooooooo, Vrooooooooo, varrrooooooooo...) That was so fast, lets look at the slow motion replay to pull apart that blinding 5.3 second pit stop. Here we have OliviaTheFirst coming into the pit. The pit crew jumps over the wall and replaces outer and inner sandals and fuels, while those behind the wall hand the driver 2 bottles of water with long poles (1 holy). the windscreen is cleaned with a crucifix squeegee combo. This to allow the dual role so that the driver can get off a quick prayer. But that pit stop being was so fast, I doubt she had the time to to get out "Lord I am not worthy" before it was back to the track. So there you have it! Back to you Courine! [Courine] Thanks Jackie, we will be back to you on the details on the DPC pit crew later in the race. [Jackie] You got it Courine. Good to be back covering racing again. [Courine] 3 time world racing champion and now WCG Sports commentator Jackie Stewart ladies and gentleman. Now for a quick break! We will be back with lap 3 coverage, after this. ![]() ![]() ![]() [Edit 8 times, last edit by courine at Aug 3, 2007 11:39:02 PM] |

With the Q6600 hitting record low prices, Have you driven an Intel lately? Petrol or diesel? As intermezzo, had a few visiting a 2 years ago. They, and the story will hint on where they were from, filled up their benzine rental (petrol) with gasolio (diesel).... they were 3 miles from the fuel station when the rental decided to end the spontaneous combustion the diesel wanted, but the benzine engine could not offer. They were on mountain pass either direction 30 miles from civilization.... on a day it was scorching hot and half the nation on a summer holiday. We had laughter in the office for days including putting out poster signs to their working area: "Gasoline Alley --->" ![]() (Really bright they were for the diesel nozzle does not fit an unleaded benzine hole, so in fact they went through contortions filling up. Never looked up the etymology on how 'petrolio'(oil) ever became 'petrol') end of intermezzo.... Back to the Grand Prix of Power Crunching.... The Cs pass 1m pnts tonight and the DPCs go on a weekend splash.... the predictions are > 25C so its considered hot up north :D

Woah action :D Always fun to try and see someone through your telescope via the rearview mirror ;)
Although the DPC are way ahead, I might just go and dust off this pc here so that it can run a DC project again... And I mean that literally. So much dust in this machine that it can't run at 100% stress for more than an hour It's alway fun to help my fellow moo-beasties Watch for it someday soon :) |

Thanks for that short interview with Tony Stewart Courine.
Lord knows, I really needed that pitstop. And don't worry, Courine-honey I was screaming my "Lord I am not worthies" all the way down the straightaway so I did get it in. You're a love for giving me that moment with Tony Stewart (one of my idols.) If you've been reading about him this week he has had a terrible week. I was the highlight of his week. And of course I gave him a "God Blessya Tony. " ' |
