We are not sure what you want described.
Bundi thinks you want a description of 'describe.'
I think you want us to describe 'description.'
We both agree you should forget about the words 'discribtion', 'describtion and 'discription'. For all practical purposes they don't exist.

The trouble is that these words come from irregular latin verb roots.
The latin of 'to write' is 'scribere', which gives us the English words 'scribe', 'scribble'. 'scriber', 'inscribe' and 'describe'.
The supine of the same word is 'scriptum', which gives us 'script', 'scripture', 'inscription', 'description' and 'prescription'.

I am gonna go and sit in my UFO for a while. blushing and eat lettuce and drink carrot juice till my head clears up and description sinks in.. blushing
