"A Description!"
Oh Bundi how funny. Kudos to Christine, Diana and Courine for unscrunching the page. My neck was so sore, from bending over to read it, that I needed a protractor. Night all. |

Sorry Olivia aka Elaine, it all happened becoz too many problems with the 'ing's and tags and stuff and that was when I behaved like an ostrich only I went into my UFO instead under the sand. I couldn't face sooo many technological problems. But everybody was so nice so i came out and did my best after GM send me several e-mails telling me where to put those tags. And the worst part was i didn't understand that I was causing everything going off the page. sorry , I am glad you are luffing now. ![]() Olivia you forgot to give Kudos to Guitar Man, he deseves quite a few. ![]() [Edit 2 times, last edit by Former Member at Jul 31, 2008 7:43:42 AM] |

What description would that be? I remember one patient walking into my office and asking for a description... I nearly gave her one! There is a whole lot of info on 'describtion', discribtion', 'description' and ' discription' in Google.... I am very confused now - I'd be thankful if you'd give me one please Bundi and his Alter Ego. ![]() |

We are not sure what you want described.
----------------------------------------Bundi thinks you want a description of 'describe.' I think you want us to describe 'description.' We both agree with you, you should forget about the words 'discribtion', 'describtion and 'discription'. For all practical purposes they don't exist. The trouble is that these words come from irregular latin verb roots. The latin of 'to write' is 'scribere', which gives us the English words 'scribe', 'scribble'. 'scriber', 'inscribe' and 'describe'. The supine of the same word is 'scriptum', which gives us 'script', 'scripture', 'inscription', 'description' and 'prescription'.
