Team! This is so inspiring to me to read I have to share all of it here!
Elizabeth at ShoutLife.com (SL) posted this. And from me Please remember Shane in your Prayers. God Bless us all Mightily! Robby Hi, SL! Friends!! My friend here on SL I believe has started chemotherapy and radiation within the last week. I ask the Lord to be His strength throughout all the thirty -five treatments and for His continual healing for him body, spirit and soul..Lord is our anchor, Who we hold on to when we don't have the strength to hold on anymore. I appreciate your prayers of love lifted up on friend's behalf, I know he wouldn't be able to express his words of gratitude of support and agreement along with others that aren't SL! members with other prayers lifted up to the Father for renewal and restoration. And I thank everyone for when he comes to your mind and everyone of your prayers..your all a God sent blessing!! Thus says the Lord, The redeemer of Israel, their Holy One, To Him whom man dispises, To Him whom the nation abhors, To the Servant of rulers: "Kings shall see and arise, Princes also shall worship, Because of the Lord Who is faithful, The Holy One of Israel; And He has chosen You." (Isaiah 49:7) In His Holy name, Jesus!! Our savior and Lord!! Shane's Letter, he sent me: sent on the eleventh of July, 2007 ...after a week to two weeks after surgery Heya There Elizabeth!! Yeah they kept me awake during the whole thing. They put my head in a vice thingy and used a skillsaw to lop of the top of my old skull and were poking different places on my brain to see how I'd react, making my arms go up and down, and stuff like that. I was kinda hoping for like a supercomputer chip, or I guess lays potato chips or some frito lays chip like that, or if you've seen Bourne Identity with Matt Damon, and how the government implanted a chip in his brain where he went out and did stuff like unconsciously. Or to have enhanced memory, since I reckon we only use like 10% of our brain, I wonder if they could actually enhance that to like 90%, that'd be cool. Or they could have accidentally left a sponge or other instrument in there I counted them before they started,, it's all stitched up right now though. I've been messing with people a little bit, just talking about the elephants charging and or jogging down the road with their jogging shorts on, or getting people's names mixed up, or the pterodactyls flying around in the air, and wandering aimlessly, I like seeing their reactions. But seriously though I feel different, it's like a very strong love light, a strong anointing, a new energy, it's wierd, but awesome, because it's all about Him!! and seriously, they had me sedated, went in at high noon, on Thursday, surgery lasted about 7 hrs, I remember the doctor saying watch over him, he's going to have a dicey night...I was like thanks...I had some seizures afterwards, not planned of course, and the last one I was having I remember counting my last breath, I was ready to go home to be with Jesus, which is what I wanted, I know who and whose I am, and that's most important. God pulled me thru it all though, and I've been just embracing and holding to Him closer than I ever have before. Went to a prayer group last night with my mom and friend, and just had words of life and healing prayed over me, I start radiation and chemo stuff here in about a week, 35 treatments, each one at about 15 minutes each, however they'll be able to isolate the tumor (astrocytoma) they'll cut out lead blocks to angle the radiation of God's healing love light, this is awesome to me because this in itself when they see the healing, it will win souls for Him, it's all about Him, all the Glory goes to Him. We are messengers of GOd's reconciliation and bringing His children out of the bondages and the yokes of slavery, setting the oppressed free, and that they all may know He is their All in All, that they may know HIm as Lord and Saviour of their lives, and personalize it, that they too may know true freedom in Christ. The Great Commission, found in Mk 16:15-18, the last part of it that they will lay their hands on the sick and they will get well, awesome. I just been reading Carlos annacondia, and it's awesome, the Argentina revival in it's 15th year, and having crusades 50 nights long or so, at about 150,000 to 200,000 people. Very good book. God Bless You Mightily!! shane |

I got told by one of my friends (I don't no if I can trust her shes told me lies before lol) but apparently the longer you sleep the more tired you get because your body goes into some kind of sleep mode and it's harder for you to wake up. oh yer and before anyone asks Yes i did study alot before my exams
I went out like every day and meet up with some of my friends down the park and we had a study group. It was really good as we were teaching each other things (because we are all in different classes for math, english and science so we had different ways of learning it as we had different teachers teaching us lol) I proberly learnt more from my friends and family (dad) than I did from school so it was quite enjoyable and I found myself (some times) talking to them about god (as they already no I'm a Christian as i told them when i met them in year 7 and they have some really hard and werid questions that I answer for them) so I'm trying to bring/teach them to/about god, sometimes they come with me to one of the Christian groups i go to called Slam (which they are renaming) and I try and convince them to come to church (which is answered with either no or it's to earlie, which i kinda agree with lol I'm so lazy lol xx) and now I'm old anoth I try to get them to come to a youth group with me which Matt (one of my other guy friends) comes with me to it (which is cool!) but I really want my other friends to come to as well which is really hard to do but I no I can't force them or eles they wont enjoy it so I don't no what to do, any ideas??? peace, Jess xxxx ![]() |
