Maybe you run it in a directory where you are not allowed to write and execute programms. |

ia32-libs and dependencies installed via synaptic, fa@h task completed and verified, all working. Thanks for all the help :)
I guess when autodock installs it doesn't check and pull down all it's required dependencies? |
