PeerGuardian WCG Conflict
Finally traced my problems uploading the finished data to PeerGuardian. Does the IBM Alamden center really have to connect to my computer in order to upload the data? Seems a bit intrusive. Why can't I run it without allowing for incoming connections?

I read the part about improving network efficiency, but this is IBM we're talking about right? cool
