I came across this in my results list.
Never seen that before. Workunit Status Mine is the second Inconclusive one. What does this mean? I can post the Result Log if needed but it is really really long. Thanx in advance. |

Looking and comparing to the other result logs it looks like it has something to do with this:
autodock4: *** WARNING! Non-integral total charge (0.213 e) on residues! *** autodock4: *** WARNING! Non-integral total charge (0.213 e) on residues! *** autodock4: *** WARNING! Non-integral total charge (0.215 e) on all moving atoms! *** ![]() |

All "inconclusive" means is that the BOINC system doesn't have enough matching results to validate yet. When the fourth result is in, you will see what really happened.
Don't worry about the autodock warnings - they log all sorts of things. |

Looks like a tough one... there are already 4 inconclusive, the 5th getting it's normal 9 days due time.

Hi
Same thing here. With the arrival of the third pending we all changed to 'inconclusive' and a new user downloaded. Cheers Chris. |

And the next work unit faah same thing. Three are inconclusive and 4th one has been sent out.
Also with the same errors in the log which appears to be absent in all the other logs of valid faah-wu's. Coincidence? I find it rather strange that I have never seen this before. Ah well, I will wait and monitor what is happening. |

If it is a problem with the work unit (and this does happen - rarely) then once sufficient trials have been done, the work unit will be abandoned and automatically reported to WCG. They will look into it.
That said, it always helps them if they have any extra information about the error, so I will point them in the direction of this thread. Thanks. |

Thanks again for the information.
I will wait and see what comes out of it. Also glad to know that this is not only happening to me. Cheers. René |

For the work unit mentioned in the opening post the 5th result has been returned, also inconclusive, so a 6th copy has been sent out. Looks like we're in a loop.
