.... and another one with 'my take' on the situation... the last twitches should be today on the HCMD project that went from initial 2,000 years CPU time estimate to 8,000+ (the heavy "extras" as you get always offered in US restaurants ;>). The next one to finish as a project whole is GC, now guesstimated at July 22 on current average production. No worries as a new FAAH phase (on Autodock 4 4.0 ), Cancer (X-Ray Crystallography science) and Dengue Fever are being readied to come on stream in the next weeks to months.... watch the front page news.

It is just AutoDock 4. It is under constant development so the build numbers keep going up, but Scripps does not often bother to increase the version numbers. This gets confusing at times when we talk about the old AutoDock 4 (or 4.0) that we began FAAH with and the new AutoDock 4 that we are modifying to work on the grid for the next phase.

well.... according the local news the big bad Russians have launched the 'Italian job - III'. Apparently 65,000 + sites or servers were hi-jacked to redirect somewhere.... traffic is slow here, so I'll live thru it.
