New Projects?? or what?

Hey, does any1 have any idea of when a new project is going to come on wcg, so we can actually choose? I would want to work with something like aids and stuff.. Mor than this Proteome Folding, which I dont really know what is. I know its something about how the proteins are coded and stuff... but yeah. It could be cool if there was something to chose from. I think more people would join too, because then there was something to do, you know. instead of just having it running, you can choose yourself, what you want to donate your computer power to. Well, thats about it. Just a little thought.

cool Re: New Projects?? or what?

1) Information about new projects will show up in the Member News Forum.
2) The Advisory Board discussed in the 'About Us' section of the website meets 4 times a year to consider new project proposals. Since any project accepted will take some time to prepare and the WCG was started on 16 Nov 2004, it may be a while before a new project is announced.
3) not talking The Suggestions / Feedback Forum is the wrong place to ask a question like this. The best place is Member-to-Member Support to see if any other members have heard anything. But don't let it bother you, because we're still moving in and things are still disorganized. [Grin]
