Good going Adywebb (honestly)..... now unleash your persistence on those < 5.8 Linux crunchers to get with the Team's needs to get with the (new) program I see what you mean about getting all Linux crunchers onto 5.8 - those are real low claims for the work they are doing  And for fecks sake call me Ady - I think we've known each other long enough by now  |

Threads strike again! Bad knreed, no mutex for you! :-p I've written my share of bad code - but this isn't mine! I'll be testing that patch shortly and then I'll sending it back to BOINC. I won't be using a mutex but I will be changing this particular transaction to use a optimistic locking strategy. |
