I'm now communicating - but the reporting results are all coming back with 'message from server, completed result FAAHxxxxx refused: result already reported as a success' - am I right in thinking that this is normal due to the original reporting failures and in fact everything is OK?

I'm worried that all those results which came up with that message are now lost....

This message means that the result had already been marked on the server as successfully returned. This is definitely caused by the previous error that you were experiencing. Essentially what happened is that the client reported that the result was done and but towards the end of the server code that was processing the message from the client (after the part where the result had been updated as completed in the database) there was an error which prevent the acknowledge of successful result message from being sent back to the client. Thus the client still thought it needed to tell the server that the result had completed successfully.

The results are not lost and will be processed normally.

This is surely not a breakdown like we had in Grorg. This is even worse, my accumulated days are gone LOL!!!
