Hi,
One of my team members "Merle Sweeney" has been producing results and has been awarded points etc. She also has the name "Merle" which she prefers, and it is with this one that she joined the team. Unfortunatly no points etc are being awarded. Is there any way possible to merge the two, or delete the one and yet retain points gained so far? Any help appreciated. Ted (The Edwardians) |

"What's in a name" is I think a famous english expression.
----------------------------------------1. Rename the Merle "No Points" to Merle Retired 2. Merle Old to quit Team 3. Rename the Merle "With Points" to Merle 4. Merle (with Points) to Join Team of Choice (Mine ideally ;o). Posts made with old Merle will stay with Merle Retired, point 1. Merging names nor devices is possible. cheers

Merle Sweeney has points and is not a member of the team.
----------------------------------------Merle is a member of the team but has no points - her device is crunching with the name Merle Sweeney... I suggested that either Merle Sweeney joins team and she carries on posting as Merle, or....Un install WCG and download and register making sure she checks the exisiting Member and uses Merle....I know she loses the points but it is only a couple of days... Obscured.... the New Merle shows points since April 27, but also posts since April 27..... did the My Grid renaming not cause for the forum posts to follow the swap? Would the real Merle stand up and tell.

Merle actually joined on the 27th, all posts are still in place.
Her points recorded as at present are less that those shown on her own log in. No doubt these will catch up. Thanks again |
