http://www.ud.com/company/resources/files/cs_oxford.pdf When complete, the screening will produce a list of promising drug candidates for synthesis and testing, which will require further experimental collaborators from both academia and industry. ![]() ![]() |

----------------------------------------What, then, are the differences among marketing, spin, hype, public relations and advertising? you meet the girl of your dreams and she falls for you despite the fact that you have a horrendous amount of nose hair. marketing is her telling all her friends the excess nose hair means you're good in bed. spin is her telling her mother it's a short moustache hype is her brother and his friends then trying to grow their nose hair out. public relations is her mother saying soon she'll be a grandma advertising is you throwing away your nose hair trimmer, which you never quite got around to using, and growing your nose hair even longer [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Sep 18, 2007 10:30:26 PM] |

(off topic] What is the difference between Sales and Marketing? --------I think this explains it----- Sales and marketing played a baseball game at the employee picnic. Sales won 14-0. In the employee newsletter, written by marketing, the storyline was as follows: The company baseball season has come to a close. We are sorry to report that the sales team only won one game all season. Better luck next year guys & gals. Congratulations to the marketing team who only lost 1 game all season! Keep up the good work! ---------------------------------------- ![]() ![]() ![]() |

It looks like grid.org reopened it's forums for their open source software for integrated cluster management. They make a passing reference in the "about " page to the old grid.org.
----------------------------------------Sorry about reviving an old thread, but I tried searching the forums here for any reference to it. Unfortunately, if one searches for "grid.org" it includes worldcommunitygrid.org. |
