Evening all
Been a chilly one down here in the smoke. First time the cars were really covered in frost when I woke up this morning. Thank the Lord, I don't have to bother with that any more. My days of early morning scraping the ice of have long gone. Now it just looks pretty. |

And, forgot to say, someone's nicked my Christmas bird!
Read in the paper that someone had cleared out the organic geese that were going to be supplied to Duchy and then, early afternoon, had a call from Helen Browning's where I'd ordered an organic duck to say that had been nicked in the same raid. So, they've had to source a free range one for me. So, if you see some cheap Christmas birds being offered in your local market, think of me when you eat it! |
