Evening all
What a lovely day; I had to get my storm kit out because the umbrella was a bit useless and I had to make (albeit short) venture out just before lunch time and I had to have both hands full. Pretty useful however because our local council's recycling lad has a regular visit in different locations with a give and take day and today it was the turn of our 'Village Hall'. A simple idea that stops quite a lot of dumping. I took a CRT monitor an older VHS recorder and a portable radio that were taking up space and they disappeared within minutes of my taking them into the hall. If it hadn't been pissing down all the time it would have be quite a pleasure. |
