Evening all
A good day at the Bluebell Line; the sun shone we had a pint of Pullman ale and a fish and chip lunch and toured round the refurbished engines as well as the there and back ride. Ny neck of the woods too Den; I spend most of my school days living at Three Bridges and travelled to School at East Grinstead by single line Steam train. Beeching took care of that. And Owlie, I've only just reached six figures for the first time so I can only gaze in awe. |

Another night sucessfully negociated!
Good morning everyone, a bit chilly here today, autumn is well entrenched, and leaves are falling, guess winter isnt all that far away, better dig out my winter woolies, and my thermals! Made some apple sauce from the windfalls yesterday, have to pick the gooduns today and get them stored! Little man is also coming to give me an estimate for the shed roof. I used to be able to do it myself, but those days are now behind me ![]() |
