Evening all
AND no mention of the day of all the sevens. I read in the paper early today that it's a boom day for the registry offices although nobody is quite sure why the idea of lucky seven came about. Las Vegas, apparently, have been giving it plenty of publicity to bring in all the suckers. I just think it's neat to see 070707 and wonder if I'll be around for the next sequence. Perhaps it's a sort of Bond birthday.  Evening chickadee's, a little late with this one but here goes............ 07.07.07 In The Bard's famous 'All the world's a stage'soliloquy (from the comedy 'As you like it'), there are Seven stages to a mans life: Infant, Child, Lover, Soldier, Justice, Old man and Senile. Been thru' six so far, not sure about the lover bit!!. Then there's seven seas, and seven days in a week seven wonders of the World and on a Dice all the opposite sides add up to seven, There are seven 'Heavenly bodie's' visable to the naked eye: The Sun, The Moon , Mars, Mercury, Jupitor Venus (the brightest) and Saturn. And so on ad infinitum!, so I would suggest that perhaps the numero SEVEN is perhaps a little Magic!.  'The Old 'Senile' Sage' |

Evening all
----------------------------------------Nice one sage. I'm certainly on the seventh stage of man so can look forward to the senility coming. I already walk into the kitchen and wonder what it was I intended to do. Mind you, there's no need to be sans teeth these days. Both my parents came from the working class generation that had all their teeth out early in life to ensure there would be no dentists bills in the future. An era when father's would pay to have the prospective bride's teeth removed as a sort of dowry. I lost a front tooth early in life following bad dentistry and so now have a small bridge but otherwise I can keep chomping on my own lead filled originals.
