It Starts tomorrow
----------------------------------------Two wheels no engines only about 2000miles till finish 128 riders Heaven knows how many tubs of Vaseline then there is the mega $£$£$£$£$£$£$£ F1 race at silverstone. have to be in work tomorrow afternoon, furniture moving have to do things like that when building empty so will miss the tv coverage of both there a whole post with no mention of W---------R |

Hard luck Densnaps
It is an amazing weekend for sport with the Tour de France starting in London, the British Grand Prix on Saturday, the final Wimbledon weekend and the final ODI with England and the West Indies both keen to win the series. And, it hasn't rained here today and the forecast is good. I don't know how I'm going to fit it all in on the box and tomorrow is the monthly 'Village' gardening morning. So Merle, forget about the rotten old PC and enjoy the tennis. |

 Good Morning one and all, promise's to be a fine day .Grandson back from Belgium late yesterday evening, (school trip). (Our school trip was a day out at the zoo!  now they go away for a week abroad!!,) 'sigh' how things have changed, stood at my door with a black sack over his shoulder, asked him what was in it?, "dirty washing Grandad" came the reply, 'welcome home son missed you'. Youngest Daughter arrives home from Tangiers some time today, left instructions to check her house is ok and to prepare a meal ready for her return!. 'Kids', they've got it made these days. who said it's easy being a parent?   Oh well 'onwards and upwards' Ta ra for now, off to'Merl'. 'The Old Sage' |
