Even if you have one single project attached, that still has a job going with a large 'Long Term Debt' credit, will the agent try to work the debt down before fetching more work from other projects. Ways to improve the situation is to reduce the project share of the very long running job.... an example is CPDN which can build up enormous LTD. Other way is to briefly suspend that job, but the fix is still temporary.
