It's easily determined by pinging www.worldcommunitygrid.org and server.worldcommunitygrid.org

129.33.89.133 & 129.33.89.134

Ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS) need outgoing permission to these addresses for BOINC to be able to initiate communications.
