I am running Boinc 5.8.15. I installed the new round of Microsoft fixes 2 days ago and had to re-boot. I just said re-start. Coming back several hours later, the re-boot had gotten hung up. When the system came up, I had lost the entire 3.5 days of wu's stored in Boinc. They showed up as invalid's (no, they were not late). Then, Boinc would not download any WU's for 24 hours. Now, I get only 1 at a time. What can I do here?

Very little can be done as there is a gaging system that gets tighter as more invalids are returned. As soon as a valid result comes back, the gauge is gradually opened again and multiple WU's will be send.
