Hi
Very much a newbie to the WCG.Am running a core 2 duo machine with a fairly hefty CPDN unit running on one core 24/7 and using the other for 7/8 hours a day for the WCG. I'm a little worried about the message I get with both HumanProteome Folding and Genome Comparison after completion eg: Result Log <core_client_version>5.8.15</core_client_version> <![CDATA[ <stderr_txt> Failed to get VersionInfo size: 1812 </stderr_txt With Fight Aids @home and Help defeat Cancer dater is visible with a success message. Not been downloaded a Muscular Dystrophy unit yet. My fear is that maybe I'm providing Duff data for your WU's ,should I change preferences on project downloads? All Units do eventually get a 'Valid' stamp. Apologies if this has been asked before. Chris. |

We take the apologies under advisement :D
----------------------------------------No it is Not a problem and Yes it has been asked multiple times. If the final quorum is complete and your work unit in the Result Status pages reports 'Valid', you're Honky Dory, A Okay Added: How to Find.... also been answered before: Put a key piece of text between quotation marks in the search box of the forum or the help section like "Failed to get VersionInfo size: 1812" . 20 Posts pop up with the offending message :O
